DESTINATION RETREAT
The destination retreat is an experience designed to build community within your company through shared activities and exploration. We utilize adventures like white water rafting and snorkeling, to help foster the growth of natural dialogue and teamwork. Shared artisan meals and conversations around a campfire allow for participants to unwind from and connect over a day filled with activity and growth.

Sample Itinerary
Loreto, Mexico
Day One
-
Attendees will arrive at the Loreto International Airport at their various arrival times. They will be shuttled to the Villa del Palmar resort.

Once they arrive at the resort, they can work remotely from the hotel, relax by the beach or pool, and grab a bite to eat at one of the six resort restaurants.

A group dinner can be arranged if flights arrive early enough in the day.
Day Two

9:00-10:00 Breakfast at the Market Restaurant located inside the resort.

10:30-12:30: Group Snorkeling tour of Danzante and Del Carmen Islands. Explore an array of natural wonders, and see beautiful animals like Baja Bottlenose dolphins, manta rays, and green sea turtles.

12:30-1:30: Lunch at the beach bar.

2:00-4:00 Option: Beginner’s Yoga Course or Local Hike in surrounding hills.

5:00: Group Dinner at Danzante. Fine dining seafood and steak restaurant located on the resort.

After Dinner: Theme night Show
Day Three

9:00-10:00 Breakfast at the Clubhouse, located inside the resort.

10:30-12:30: ATV Desert Tour. Explore unique landscapes. Professional pilots guide through the rugged Loreto landscape, with incredible views of mountains and Sea of Cortez.

12:30-2:00: Lunch at the Casa Club, a Mexican American restaurant on the resort.

2:00-4:00: Kayaking/Paddle boarding lesson and tour

6:00: Dinner at the Casa Mia Italian restaurant
Day Four

9:00-10:00 Breakfast at the Market Restaurant located inside the resort.

10:00-12:00 Meeting. An outdoor meeting space will be reserved from 9am-11am for a review meeting with management. AVT can arrange a speaker upon request.

12:30- 5:00 Option: Spa Day, Golf, Fishing Tour, Or Horseback Riding. The group is free to split up and choose between options including: a relaxing spa day at one of Mexico’s top resort spas, 9-18 holes of golf, A private chartered fishing tour, or a horseback tour along the water. These options can be narrowed down based on interest.
Day Five

Attendees will be shuttled back to the airport, depending on flight time.
